Employees buy AI access. Company and client data goes with it. Who approved that?
Give your people powerful AI inside an approved company boundary.
Research / Our position
The SIA
Manifesto.
Learn. Audit. Build.
TSI turns sovereignty into architecture, a credential and a verifiable market.
01 Permission
Who approved
that?
SIA
Powerful AI. An approved place to work. A boundary the company controls.
One conversation. Dozens of agents. Who saw your company’s data?
Name every agent. Limit its access. Keep a record of what it reads, changes and sends.
Even frontier labs can’t control their own AI agents. Can you?
Set the goal AND the boundaries. Enforce permissions. Verify how the work was done.
02 Independence
Intelligence belongs
in more hands.
SIA
Responsible AI and independent capability belong together.
Safety must not become a monopoly on intelligence.
People and companies must keep the ability to build, use and control powerful AI.
Countries are building sovereign AI. Companies need their independence too.
Use available models. Build around your own work, data and budget.
No single provider has everybody’s trust, everywhere.
Choose the model, location and operator your customers will accept. Prove the boundary.
03 Ownership
The knowledge
stays yours.
SIA
Your knowledge must stay yours. and stay useful.
CHANGE THE MODEL
Your company’s knowledge must outlive every model it uses.
Keep the methods, sources and experience in a system your company owns.
If a provider can stop your business, that provider controls part of your business.
Keep a working exit. Change the model and prove the work continues.
04 Useful work
Brilliant once.
Reliable every day.
SIA
Invent with frontier intelligence. Repeat with qualified models.
Companies need consistent results. Stop buying maximum intelligence for every repetitive task.
Let frontier models invent. Let qualified smaller models run the method.
A private model with leaking tools is a leaking system.
Trace every connection. Test the tools, retrieval, logs and the model together.
05 Evidence
Show the work.
Prove the promise.
SIA
Know the system. Enforce the permissions. Keep the evidence.
AI regulation is here. The company is still responsible for its AI.
Know what runs, where the data goes and who is accountable. Keep the evidence.
“Trust us, it’s sovereign.” Show us.
Show where it runs, who has access and where the data goes. Then let someone independent test it.
06 2027
The world changes.
Find your place in it.
SIA
Build the knowledge, portfolio and capability that survive the next model.
2027: models become a commodity. Applied expertise becomes your advantage.
Build the knowledge, portfolio and working systems that outlast a subscription.
AI is changing the world. You’re learning how to use a chatbot?
Learn to design, operate and prove useful AI. Build your place in this change.
07 Possibility
What you know.
What you become.
SIA
Useful AI. Protected clients. Economics that work.
Compete with AI. Protect your clients. You need both.
Build a controlled system around one valuable task. Make the economics work.
Your expertise already has value. Turn it into sovereign AI people will pay for.
Build a useful service. Show the work. Sell implementation and continuing care.
