What TSI’s 50% pays for.
The core product: development, maintenance, updates and scoped certification. You sell, configure the client setup and look after the relationship.
Your own product stays yours.
No TSI share of independently built app sales. You fund its operation and upkeep. Learning from TSI does not transfer ownership of TSI’s licensed app code.
Choose either route, or combine both in your portfolio. Certification of a reusable app does not automatically certify every client deployment.

What does Expert add to my practice?
Learn to build your own apps, or configure, brand and sell TSI maintained apps. Combine either route into your portfolio alongside your advisory services.
What do I do for the client?
Choose the useful case, agree the scope, apply branding, connect approved sources, test the workflow, sell the service and look after the relationship. Charge your service fee for that work.
Can I sell one app or a whole suite?
Both. You can sell your own apps, TSI apps or a mixed suite. The portfolio above uses the TSI collection. Each TSI app retains its licence and usage requirements.
Can the apps work in my industry?
The same app patterns serve different industries. Adapt the sources, language, permissions, workflow and human handovers to the client. The Practice industry selector shows examples across 21 fields, including Child Protection.
How do I begin?

What does my practice keep?
For TSI apps, you keep 50% of setup and monthly app fees, plus 100% of your separately agreed service fees. For independently built apps, you keep 100% of app sales and service fees. The calculator models TSI apps only. Sovereign usage and your own delivery costs are separate.
Who pays for sovereign tokens?
Your client can buy credits directly, or you can bundle a usage allowance into your service and pay for the credits. Use the commercial model to include your monthly credit budget.
How do SL1, SL2 and SL3 affect app usage and credits?
SL1 is hybrid: approved external providers, including frontier models, are permitted. SL2 uses local or sovereign infrastructure without US frontier providers. SL3 runs locally with no external inference or data egress. Choose the level for each deployment before connecting client data. Credits fund inference where it is supplied as a service; a local SL3 deployment needs its own compute. The app licence and inference are separate, and pricing is agreed for the selected infrastructure and usage.
Ownership and support
What does TSI do?
For its maintained app collection, TSI creates the core products, maintains them, releases updates and manages scoped certification. Your client configuration still needs deployment checks. For independently built apps, you arrange development, upkeep and assessment.
Do I own the software?
Your independently built product stays yours. TSI owns its reusable app products and code; Expert access provides licensed white-label use and resale under the app agreement. You own the client relationship and your service offering in either route.
What happens to updates and my credential?
Maintain your membership and active app licences to retain the relevant access and updates. Pass the required renewal exams to keep your credential current.
What do Expert workshops cover?
Expert workshops cover the business case, configuration, branding, testing and commercial packaging of your app offering. Ask TSI about the app and deployment scope for your client.
Can TSI send me clients?
TSI Professional includes introductions matched to your expertise, language and availability. You agree the scope and keep the relationship. The number of suitable introductions depends on demand.
Can I build and sell my own apps instead?
Yes. Expert skills are yours to apply to independently built products. You keep 100% of their sales and your service fees; TSI takes no app sales share. You handle development, maintenance, operation and assessment. TSI app code remains licensed TSI property. You can combine your own products and licensed TSI apps in one portfolio.
